Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Once processed, recurring orders are final and not eligible for a refund. Cancellations and skips must occur before subscription renewal. To skip a week or cancel an order, you can either log in to your Shopify account and click manage your subscription to see available options, or talk with our customer service team by using the chat feature on our website.
Once confirmed, refunds will be processed to return the payment in its original form to the card from which it was received.
